Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag is interested in signing Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech in the New Year.
The Moroccan was linked with a move to Old Trafford last summer, but a transfer did not materialise in the end.
Ten Hag was keen on a reunion with his former Ajax man, but the board decided against sanctioning the deal.
According to Calciomercato, there is still interest from the Red Devils and a fresh approach could be made in January.
Ziyech has experienced a tough season with the Blues. He has managed just over 200 minutes across all competitions.
He is likely to be on the move this winter and it remains to be seen whether the Blues will consider his sale to United.
Chelsea are currently eight points behind the final Champions League spot. United are presently five points ahead of them.
The Blues could be reluctant to sell Ziyech to the Red Devils as this could boost their chances of finishing in the league's top four.
