Nasri signs Marseille deal

Samir Nasri has signed a new contract with Marseille until 2012, but there is a clause of major interest in his new contract. If a club bids 15 million EUR, L'OM will be forced to allow the player to speak to the club.

Nasri is one of the most highly regarded players in France, and there had been talk of a swap involving fellow youngster Hatem Ben Arfa and Nasri.



However, it seems that Nasri is rather keen to stay at Marseille despite the interest of larger clubs.



Nasri's original contract ended in 2009, so the new contract is a big coup for the French side.
