Chelsea star Reece James has suffered a fresh leg injury during the club's 2-0 Premier League win over Bournemouth on Tuesday.
The Blues graduate sustained a knee injury back in early October and this forced him to miss the World Cup with England.
He managed to make his comeback in time for the Cherries clash but had to be substituted with a fresh concern before the hour mark.
The Blues should provide an update on him in the next 24 hours, but things don't look good at the moment for the right-back.
The exact nature of the injury has yet to be confirmed but judging by the reaction from the player, the setback is concerning.
Hopefully, it won't keep him out of action for more than a few weeks as James is an integral part of the first-team plans.
Without the England star, Chelsea have tended to struggle for creativity as well as defensive stability on their right hand side.
