Chelsea are prepared to offer Romelu Lukaku to Roma to re-sign Tammy Abraham this summer.
Lukaku is currently away on a season-long loan with Inter Milan where he has struggled to find the back of the net.
Hence, they are unlikely to propose a permanent deal but he could still return to Serie A next season.
According to Calciomercato.it, the Blues have their sights on re-signing Abraham from Roma.
They have an option to buy him for €80m, but the hierarchy instead prefer a swap deal for the striker.
The club are planning to offer Lukaku in a straight-swap agreement for Abraham in the summer.
Irrespective of their Abraham pursuit, the Blues are also aiming to land another marquee striker.
The west London giants are determined to sign Napoli's Victor Osimhen, but he could cost a record fee.
Napoli are unlikely to part ways with the Nigerian unless they receive a fee in the region of €150m.
