Chelsea are expected to make a formal bid for Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Moises Caicedo, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Blues have been busy with offloading players in the last few weeks, and they are now expected to concentrate on new arrivals.
Caicedo is one of the top names on their wishlist, and Romano reports that the club will make an official approach when the month ends.
The Ecuador international has almost agreed personal terms with the Blues, and the club are now set to negotiate on the transfer fee.
