Chelsea are in talks with Brighton & Hove Albion to sign midfielder Moises Caicedo and goalkeeper Robert Sanchez.
The west London giants have been long-term admirers of Caicedo, and they initially tried to sign him in the January transfer window.
The Blues reopened talks for the Ecuadorian earlier this summer, but they have yet to convince the Seagulls to sanction his departure.
So far, the club have offered £80 million for the 21-year-old, but Brighton are adamant that they won't accept anything less than £100m.
The Blues are still continuing discussions with the South Coast outfit, and remain optimistic that they can strike an agreement for him.
Elsewhere, Sanchez has recently emerged as a top target for the Blues as they look to provide competition to Kepa Arrizabalaga in goal.
The Spaniard could be prised away for around £25m. Brighton are more than willing to sell him as he is their third-choice goalkeeper.
Both players have already agreed personal terms with Chelsea.
