Bordeaux are considering a move for French defender Mikael Silvestre. Bordeaux boss Laurent Blanc is keen to sign a player he knows well from his time at Manchester United.
Silvestre has found himself on the fringes of the first-team this season and Patrice Evra has taken his place at left-back this year.
However, a return to his homeland could be on the cards and Silvestre is certain to be interested in what Bordeaux have to offer.
It is believed that Man Utd would accept around £2 million to allow Blanc to leave the club.
