Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has confirmed that Romeo Lavia and Christopher Nkunku won't be involved against Manchester United tomorrow.
The Blues returned to winning ways in the Premier League last weekend with a 3-2 victory over Brighton & Hove Albion at Stamford Bridge.
Enzo Fernandez was the star of the show with two assists and the Blues will be aiming for another three points in tomorrow's visit of Old Trafford.
Ahead of the game, Pochettino has revealed that neither Lavia nor Nkunku are fit enough to make the travelling squad, he told reporters:
"Romeo is doing well also but like Christopher is not going to be involved."
The news will be disappointing for Chelsea fans, who have been eagerly waiting for the duo to make their debuts after their summer arrival.
Nkunku was anticipated to change the club's fortunes with his fantastic scoring record, but he has yet to make a competitive appearance.
Hopefully, the pair will be involved before the New Year.
