Al-Qadisiyah keen on signing Arsenal striker

07 May 2024 - 20:35

Saudi Pro League club Al-Qadisiyah are interested in securing the services of Gabriel Jesus from Arsenal this summer.

  • Juventus and Napoli enter race for Chelsea winger
  • Felix Nmecha linked with Chelsea move

  • The Brazilian has had a frustrating second year at the club amid injuries and he has scored just four times in the Premier League.

As a result, the 27-year-old is no longer an assured starter up front. Kai Havertz has been preferred over him for weeks now.

TBR football now report that Al-Qadisiyah are keen on bringing Jesus to the Saudi Pro League following their successful promotion.

The club backed by oil giants Aramci have high ambitions and they are eager to compete with the PIF clubs from the start.

It is unclear whether Jesus will be tempted by a move to the Middle East.

Arsenal won't block his potential summer departure, but the club are also clear that they are not actively looking to sell him.

Eddie Nketiah is most likely to head for the exit door this summer with Arsenal planning to bring in a marquee number nine.
