Chelsea are reportedly pushing to sign Barcelona striker Marc Guiu amid interest from Bayern Munich this summer.
The Blues are in the transfer market for a new marksman and they have identified the 18-year-old as one of their prime targets.
The La Masia graduate currently has a €6 million release clause in his deal and the Blues are aiming to sign him ahead of Bayern.
Guiu has yet to make a decision over his future, but the youngster is likely to choose a fresh challenge over prolonging his stay.
The teenager scored two goals from seven appearances for Barcelona last season, but his chances of playing time remain bleak.
Barcelona currently have a new manager in Hansi Flick, who is expected to back Robert Lewandowski as his first-choice striker.
Vitor Roque barely played under Xavi Hernandez last term, but the Brazilian ace is likely to receive more minutes next term.
Hence, we won't be surprised if Guiu opts to move on.
