Chelsea defender Marc Cucurella has spoken fondly about Joao Felix following his permanent move from Atletico Madrid this summer.
Felix had an unsuccessful loan spell with the Blues last year, and the club decided against the possibility of signing him on a permanent deal.
However, they decided to revive their interest this summer and signed him to compensate for Atletico Madrid's outlay on Conor Gallagher.
Felix made an instant impact with a goal in his second homecoming and Cucurella believes the Portuguese can make a good impression.
He said: "He is a player who can contribute a lot to us. In the Premier there are many more spaces, you can move and hopefully it will help us a lot."
Chelsea are involved in four competitions this term. Cole Palmer has not been registered for the league phase of the Conference League.
This is where Felix could have a huge role to play from the number 10 position. The Portuguese will be eager to prove his credentials.
