Porto have no plans of parting ways with Arsenal midfielder Fabio Vieira during the January transfer window.
The Portuguese joined the Primeira Liga giants on loan from the Gunners last summer and he has made four goal contributions thus far.
Vieira was absent for yesterday's game due to technical reasons and this spread speculation that he could be recalled by the Gunners.
However, the story has been quickly dismissed by Porto. Vieira will be back in the matchday squad for the next game against Nacional.
Arsenal recently suffered a massive blow earlier this month with Bukayo Saka suffering a hamstring injury. He has been ruled out for 10 weeks.
In his absence, Gabriel Martinelli has fared decently on the right wing, but the Gunners could spend on a specialist in the role this winter.
They are unlikely to land Athletic Bilbao's Nico Williams, who has no desire to move. The club may need to focus on a short-term replacement instead.
