Arsenal have been fancied to make an offer for Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo in the coming days, according to Marca.
The Gunners have one of the best defences in the Premier League. William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes are mainstays in the XI.
Despite this, the club continue to be linked with central defenders and Marca claim that Araujo could be Emirates-bound soon.
The Uruguayan has decided to leave the Blaugrana in the current window and Juventus have made an opening bid worth €35 million.
However, the proposal has been turned down by the Catalan giants. They want at least €70 to 80 million to part ways with his services.
Arsenal have been linked with the Uruguayan ace for the last week or so and it is claimed that they could make an offer pretty soon.
It would be a huge surprise if the Gunners were to sign Araujo, considering they need to bolster their attack after Bukayo Saka's injury.
