Arsenal and Manchester United have the opportunity to sign RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko for an affordable fee this summer, according to Florian Plettenberg.
The Slovenia international is one of the best young strikers in European football and he is expected to leave Leipzig for a bigger challenge later this year.
Sesko signed a new long-term deal last summer without a buy clause, but he has now formally agreed a fee between £58m to £66m to leave Leipzig.
The clause figure could increase upto £66m depending on games played as well as his goal contributions for the remainder of the ongoing season.
Arsenal were in advanced talks with the striker over a transfer last summer, but he ended up committing his future to Leipzig with a contract renewal.
However, they are expected to return for his services this summer. The Gunners could face fierce competition from the Red Devils in the race.
United are desperate for a new marksman ahead of next season. Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee have flattered to deceive up front.
