Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim could replace goalkeeper Andre Onana at the end of the season, according to Spanish outlet Fichajes.
Onana has been a regular starter for the Red Devils in the Premier League, but he was not in the matchday squad to face Newcastle United today.
The Cameroon international made two high-profile errors in the first leg of the Europa League quarter-final against Lyon. He was dropped as a result.
It is now revealed that Amorim is fed up with the 29-year-old and he is prepared to offload him when the transfer window reopens this summer.
The Portuguese tactician has his sights on landing Alex Remiro from Sociedad as a replacement for the former Inter Milan shot-stopper.
United have also been linked with Espanyol's Joan Garcia, but Arsenal are currently in pole position to land his services from the La Liga side.
The Gunners have already agreed terms with the Spaniard, who is prepared to join the club as an understudy to compatriot David Raya.
