Manchester United have decided against pursuing a deal for Bournemouth winger Antoine Semenyo this summer, according to The Athletic.
The Red Devils recently purchased Matheus Cunha from Wolverhampton Wanderers to bolster their attack. The club are eyeing another forward alongside the Brazilian.
Semenyo is one of the names on their radar, but they are unlikely to follow up their interest after learning of the Cherries' hefty price tag for the 25-year-old attacker.
The Cherries have already sold Dean Huijsen and Milos Kerkez this summer and they are on the cusp of sanctioning the departure of Ilya Zabarnyi to Paris Saint-Germain.
Amidst this, the South Coast outfit have set a hefty asking price of £70 million for Semenyo and have no plans of negotiating on the same.
United made a tentative enquiry for the winger earlier this summer, but are unlikely to follow up with a formal bid after learning the price tag.
They are instead focused on landing Brentford's Bryan Mbeumo.
