Fulham are advancing with talks to sign Arsenal winger Reiss Nelson during the ongoing transfer window, according to Football Insider.
The Englishman has been a fringe player for the Gunners. He spent the previous season on loan at Fulham before suffering a season-ending hamstring injury.
The 25-year-old was a regular starter on the left wing under manager Marco Silva before his injury, and the Cottagers are now keen on reuniting the duo for a second time.
Arsenal are determined to secure his permanent exit. If the Cottagers were to make a loan offer, the Gunners are expected to demand an obligation to purchase him.
Nelson has opened the door for a permanent switch to Craven Cottage. He has the opportunity to continue his stay in London which is apparently his main priority.
West Ham United have also been linked with Nelson in the past, but the Hammers have not made an offer thus far. They have been linked with Fabio Vieira too.
