Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson has his sights on joining Newcastle United this summer, according to The Telegraph.
The Senegal international has been a key player for the Blues over the past few years, but his future is no longer certain.
After the summer signings of Liam Delap and Joao Pedro, Chelsea have opened the door for Jackson's departure.
Jackson, on his part, prefers a move to the Magpies, who are eyeing a marquee striker to replace Alexander Isak.
Isak has been heavily linked with a switch to Liverpool, but the Magpies want a replacement first to sanction his transfer.
Jackson would be a decent acquisition for Eddie Howe's side but as things stand, they are yet to make a formal approach.
Newcastle are eyeing their options on the table after missing out on Benjamin Sesko, who chose to join Manchester United.
Talks were advanced with the representatives of the Slovenia international and RB Leipzig, but Sesko wanted the Red Devils.
