Chelsea have suffered a fresh injury blow ahead of the Premier League clash against Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge tomorrow.
The Blues start their league campaign against the Eagles at home, and ahead of the game, they have suffered a fresh injury setback in central defence.
The club are already without Levi Colwill for the long-term, and Tosin Adarabioyo has joined the sidelines after a small issue in training.
The Blues still have plenty of options. Trevoh Chalobah and Wesley Fofana could be the likely candidates to start in the heart of the backline.
If Fofana is not deemed fit to start, the west London giants could opt for Josh Acheampong or new signing Jorrel Hato alongside Chalobah.
Benoit Badiashile is unavailable due to an injury at the Club World Cup while Axel Disasi won't feature as he is expected to leave the club soon.
Disasi has been linked with a possible move to the Bundesliga.
