Arsenal have been handed a big injury boost ahead of the Champions League encounter against Athletic Bilbao on the road tomorrow.
The Gunners start their Champions League campaign in the Basque Country and ahead of the game, William Saliba has trained with the team.
The Frenchman recovered from a twisted ankle during the international break and he was involved in training before the Nottingham Forest clash.
However, manager Mikel Arteta decided to be cautious with his centre-back and decided to leave him out of the matchday squad on Saturday.
Saliba has once again trained with the team today and he is widely expected to replace Cristhian Mosquera in the starting XI tomorrow evening.
Mosquera has been a revelation since his arrival at Arsenal from Valencia. He has seamlessly adapted to the demands of the Premier League.
He appears a terrific signing already and has been brilliant alongside Gabriel Magalhaes in the recent absence of Saliba from the line-up.
