Manchester United will be eyeing a third-straight Premier League win when they face Newcastle United on the road tonight.
The Red Devils are currently third in the league standings with 51 points and will aim to boost their Champions League pursuit with another victory.
Ahead of the game, manager Michael Carrick could make one change from the 2-1 win over Crystal Palace at Old Trafford.
Formation: 4-2-3-1
Predicted Line-up:
Senne Lammens has been an undisputed starter in goal since October and he is expected to continue between the sticks once more. The Belgian will be eyeing his fifth clean sheet of the campaign.
The backline should witness a solitary change. Luke Shaw was substituted early in the opening half last weekend as he was unwell. Noussair Mazraoui could replace him at left-back against the Magpies.
The rest of the defence should stay the same. Similarly, Carrick could pick his settled midfield of Casemiro and Kobbie Mainoo. Bruno Fernandes is poised to continue in the number 10 position as usual.
In the final third, Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha are set to start on the right and left wing respectively. Benjamin Sesko is expected to lead the line on the back of scoring four goals in his last five games.
Predicted Man Utd line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Newcastle: Lammens; Dalot, Yoro, Maguire, Mazraoui; Casemiro, Mainoo; Mbeumo, Fernandes, Cunha; Sesko.
