Mourinho wanted Barca move

Marc Ingla, the Barcelona vice-president, has revealed that former Chelsea boss and Barca number two Jose Mourinho was interested in joining the club this summer.

"We know that the job of coach at Barcelona is one of the most sought-after and Mourinho was interested in explaining his plan for the club and we listened,” the Barca vice-president told Catalonia Radio.



Mourinho instead decided on making the move to Inter Milan where he replaced Roberto Mancini.
