Giovani Dos Santos has revealed he is delighted with the reception he has received since joining Tottenham from Barcelona this summer. The Mexican international is looking forward to beginning his career in the Premiership and is delighted to be at Spurs.

Dos Santos told the clubs TV station: “The people here have been very welcoming.



“It is a club with a lot of history and the passion that surrounds football in England has always caught my eye. It’s highly motivating.



“For me, it’s a new challenge. I’ve come to England to make the best of all my qualities.



“I’ve come here from a big club, I want to play plenty of minutes and give the fans plenty of joy. It’ll be good to grow as a player.”
