Johnson to stay at Everton

27 June 2008 - 11:06

Everton forward Andy Johnson will most definitely be staying at the Toffees for next season, according to boss David Moyes. Johnson had been linked with a move to Fulham.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao
  • There had been rumours that Johnson was set for a move elsewhere this summer.

"Andy Johnson is not for sale - it is that simple," Moyes told the club's official website.

"He is a highly-valued member of my senior squad and I look forward to seeing him when the players report back for pre-season training."
