Arsenal travel to Ewood Park to where Arsene Wenger will take on Paul Ince for the first time. Wenger will be hoping that Theo Walcott's midweek England exploits will be on show.

  • The Gunners are to assess the fitness of Samir Nasri prior to the game, whilst Mikael Silvestre has yet to return from injury in time for his debut.



    Abou Diaby and Tomas Rosicky continue to miss out; and Carlos Vela returned late from Mexico international duty.



    David Dunn and Vince Grella are missing for Blackburn, whilst Robbie Fowler may play some part.
