Abramovich wants Kaka

24 September 2007 - 12:48

Chelsea's owner Roman Abramovich is reportedly intent on bringing Brazilian playmaker Kaka to the club from Milan - and will pay up to £50m to make sure he gets his man.

  • Chelsea ready new contract for star midfielder
  • Chelsea make first move to sign Xabi Alonso
  • Kaka has been a revelation in recent seasons, helping Milan to the Champions League trophy last year, and being named UEFA Player of the Season.

Abramovich is disappointed with Chelsea's below par start to the year and feels the addition of Kaka will help the misfiring Andrei Shevchenko.
