Everton boss David Moyes has picked up a misconduct charge for his actions after being sent off against Stoke City at the weekend in the Premiership. Moyes was sent to the stands by Alan Wiley.
FA statement read: "He has been charged with improper conduct and has until October 2 to respond.
"Everton manager David Moyes has been charged with improper conduct. The charge relates to Moyes' touchline behaviour during Everton's match against Stoke on September 14."
