Hull Ctiy have no intentions of letting boss Phil Brown leave the club. There had been rumours that Tottenham were thinking about making Brown their boss after sacking Juande Ramos.
Hull supremo Phil Duffen quipped: "I think so yeah. Phil I believe is a tremendous manager. He's a tremendous coach. He wants to be and will be the manager of a big football club, I have no doubts about that.
"More than actually going and running a big football club, he's got an opportunity that not managers do have of creating a big football club.
"He understands that opportunity as well and I think Phil and I will be together for quite a while at this Hull City ride and I we both share that focus."
