Moyes does not have a cover for the injured Jagielka and latest reports suggest that the Everton boss has started talks with Celsea to loan Michael Mancienne.
Mancienne is a highly rated youngster from Chelsea and is 'one of the best talents England has ever seen' as quoted by Fabio Capello. He is set to make his international start soon.
