Joe Hart joins Birmingham

Man City goalkeeper Joe Hart has completed a move from the Citizens to Birmingham on loan for the season. It is not understood if there is a clause in the deal that allows Birmingham to make the deal permanent.

Joe Hart is widely regarded as the best young keeper in England, but his opportunities will be limited this year. City also moved to sign Stuart Taylor yesterday.



“It has been tough. It’s frustrating, but there’s only one person can play in goal and Shay’s doing that at the moment,” Hart told Manchester City’s official website. “I’ve had to deal with it the best I can. It’s not been ideal, but it’s not the end of the world.”
