Taye Taiwo to Man City?

Manchester City are ready to seal a move for Nigerian international full back Taye Taiwo from Marseille this summer. However, the move is nowhere near complete and terms are still being discussed between the two clubs, according to reports from France.

Taiwo is regarded as one of the best young defenders in Europe at the moment, and Man City are to test Marseille's resolve with an enormous £15 million offer for the left-back.



Taiwo had previously been tracked by Chelsea, but Marseille rebuffed all approaches for the youngster previously. However, Mark Hughes has identified the full-back as his next ambitious target.
