Paul Robinson to Man Utd?

Paul Robinson to Man Utd?

16 July 2009 - 07:59

Manchester United boss Alex Ferguson has reportedly told close friends that Paul Robinson could well be a transfer target in the future once Edwin van der Sar retires from football. The Blackburn goalkeeper had an excellent season for Blackburn last year.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao
  • Valued by Rovers in the region of £6 million, Robinson has endured a mixed few seasons for both England, Tottenham and Blackburn. His form dipped for a while at Spurs, and he was allowed to quit the club and move to Blackburn.

Robinson is very keen to earn his place back in the England first team line up, and a move to Man Utd would be an excellent opportunity for him to do so.
