Tottenham are considering an offer for Standard Liege's talented centre midfielder Steven Defour this summer, as they look to find a long-term partner for Wilfried Palacios, who joined in January from Wigan.
Defour is considered one of the best young players in Belgium at the moment, playing at the heart of a rapidly improving Standard Liege side who battled to title glory this season.
Defour is valued by ihs club in the region of £10 million, a figure that Harry Redknapp is reportedly ready to pay for the player.
