Fulham are reportedly close to signing Japanese full back Yuto Nagatomo in the January transfer window. Mark Hughes, the Fulham chief, has identified Nagatomo as one of his primary transfer targets in January.
The 24 year old is a full Japan international and is currently on loan with Italian side Cesena after a spell of form for Japanese side FC Tokyo.
Fulham are ready to pay 3.5 million GBP to FC Tokyo to bring the player to Craven Cottage.
