Arsenal bid 14m for Gervinho?

Arsenal have tabled an improved 14m GBP offer for Ivory Coast international winger Gervinho. It is understood that Lille have already rejected a 12m offer from the Gunners.

Gervinho is desperate to make a move to Arsenal, where he would link up with Arsene Wenger; a coach who frequently watched the player when he started his career with Belgian side Beveren.



Gervinho is also being chased by several Italian clubs, including Juventus.
