Liverpool to let Lucas leave?

Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish has reportedly told sources at the club that he is ready to let Brazilian midfielder Lucas leave the club once he returns from South America. However, Liverpool have been quick to announce that the rumour is not true and Lucas Leiva will stay.
Lucas will find first team opportunities limited at Anfield this year after the arrivals of Stewart Downing, Jordan Henderson and Charlie Adam.
Therefore, Kenny Dalglish will apparently Lucas leave if an offer of 8m GBP is made, according to a report.
Arsenal have been linked with a move for the player.
A source close to the player said: âLucas only signed a new deal in March and was voted Player of the Year by the fans.
âBut the word is he is leaving and that will shock a lot of people, especially after he played so well last season.â
