Fulham make Peter Crouch approach

Fulham have made an offer for Tottenham striker Peter Crouch. The player, who was linked with a move to Stoke earlier in the summer, is now considering a move to the Cottagers.

Martin Jol, the Fulham manager, is a big fan of the player that he coached when he was in charge of Spurs.

He is now willing to offer Tottenham in excess of 7m GBP to bring the striker to the club.

Fulham are on the look out for a partner for Bobby Zamora.
