Eto'o to become world's highest paid player

Samuel Eto'o is set to become the world's best paid player once he completes a move from Inter Milan to Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala.

According to reports, the Cameroonian international will put pen to paper on a deal that is worth an estimated 350,000 GBP per week for two years.

Eto'o had been linked with a move to the Premier League, but the Russian side have won the race for his signature.
