Arsenal eyeing Esteban Granero
Arsenal are reportedly interested in bringing Real Madrid youngster Esteban Granero to the Emirates in order to add more depth to their midfield.
Granero began his career in the Real Madrid youth system and played for the Real Madrid Castilla team before heading to Getafe.
After a good two seasons, he was bought back by Real Madrid, but could not force his way into the starting XI.
His appearances became more and more limited as the club signed both Mesut Ozil and Sami Khedira and it is said that he now wants a way out of the club.
Wenger has been watching the youngster for some time now and is willing to make a £7million bid for the 24-year-old. However, it seems that Real are unwilling to sell in January and Arsenal will have to wait for summer for any potential deal to go through.
