Wolfsburg coach Felix Magath has revealed his interest in signing Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky and Bayern Munich front man Ivica Olic.

Rosicky has spent five years at Arsenal and was initially impressive. However, injuries have hampered his contribution to the first team, and he has struggled to regain his form. Arsene Wenger continues to use him as a bit part utility player and rarely gets to start games.

Olic too has a similar condition at Bayern. He was an important player in his first season at Bayern (2009-10), playing 40 games and scoring 19 goals in the process. However, after a string of injuries, he has been unable to break into the first team.

Felix Magath desperately needs reinforcements, as Wolfsburg are languishing in 14th spot in the Bundesliga table.

Speaking to Bild, Magath said: "(Tomas) is a good player, he is fit no question about it,"

"Only a few years ago every top club was after him."

"(Olic) could fit. As I have understood it, he has said he wants to move. In the summer he will play at the Euros which will be his last big tournament and until then he wants to play."

Olic, however, is being followed by Lazio and seems to welcome a move away from Bavaria.

"I intend to leave Bayern in January," Olic said. "I'm no longer in the plans of the Bayern boss and that could subsequently jeopardise my place at Euro 2012. I'm honoured that a side like Lazio have been associated and I hope there is more to it than just an interest in me."
