Spurs line up £14m Papiss Cisse offer

Freiburg striker Papiss Cisse has been linked with a £14m move away from the Bundesliga, with Tottenham the preferred destination.

Cisse had also been linked with a move to Newcastle in recent months but Tottenham have marched to the front of the queue for the 26 year old.


Spurs are the player's preferred choice and the London side will make an official offer in January.
