Diarra linked with Gunners

Some of the press are linking Lassana Diarra of Chelsea with a switch across London to Arsenal. The young Frenchman has shown shades of quality in his time in West London, but may be eager to join U-21 friend Abou Diaby at the club.

Should Diarra sign for Arsenal the deal could only be a 1-year loan with a view to a permanent deal. Mourinho does see Diarra has a very useful player with bags of potential and so he may have to stay at the club for another year.
