West Ham's Dost offer accepted
Heerenveen have accepted an £7 million offer from West Ham for Dutch striker Bas Dost. The burly forward scored 32 goals in 34 games for the Dutch side, and Aston Villa are also believed to be interested in the striker.
The 22-year-old striker stands at 6 foot 4, and has been in insatiable form since completing a move from Heracles to Heerenveen in 2010; scoring 45 goals in 66 games.
The Dutch under-21 international has admitted to local press that he would be interested in a move away from Heerenveen if the offer is suitable.
Dost missed out on a place in Holland's Euro 2012 squad, as coach Bert van Marwijk preferred to take club team mate Luciano Narsingh instead.
