Newcastle target Austin eyes Burnley stay

Burnley forward Charlie Austin has no plans to quit the club, despite reports of some interest from Premier League sides Newcastle and Wigan.

"I'm here to play for Burnley football club," Austin told talkSPORT. "I'm enjoying my football at the moment and I long to stay here.

"Everything's going really well for me personally but, like I've said many times before in other interviews, without my team I wouldn't be able to get in these positions to score the goals."
