Alexandru Maxim on Fulham radar
Fulham are surprise candidates for the signature of Romanian international midfielder Alexandru Maxim. The former Espanyol youth player has just forced his way into the first team of his national side.
The 22-year-old is very highly rated and will not require a work permit in England as he reportedly already has second Spanish nationality as he joined Espanyol back in 2007 and spent four years there before returning to his homeland.
The 5 foot 11 player has already played four games for Romania, scoring two goals, his first came in a 2014 World Cup qualifier against Andorra and a second in a friendly game.
