QPR close in on David Bentley signature

Queens Park Rangers have edged closer to completing a move for Tottenham's out of favour midfielder David Bentley.

QPR manager Harry Redknapp has been locked in talks with Spurs overnight and a fee has been agreed. The player will sign a two and a half year contract at Loftus Road.


Bentley has struggled to force his way into the first team at White Hart Lane, and still is eager for Premier League football.
