Wilfried Bony ready to move to England

Vitesse Arnhem striker Wilfried Bony has asked his agent to find him a move to England. Aston Villa and Sunderland are amongst the teams interested in the forward.

The player's agent revealed that he would be able to quit Holland for a fee of around 12 million Euros.


"There have been negotiations and he will leave Vitesse when the season is finished. That has been agreed and we have to decide his best option," said his agent.


"There are two English clubs that have made direct contact with Vitesse about his signing, but there are many others in England and in Europe. I know he has said he would prefer a move to the Premier League, but nothing has been concluded yet.


“He wants to finish the season in Holland and then will be free to decide where he goes. We have been in talks with some specific clubs and, as well as that, there is a group of big clubs which are waiting in the wings."
