Bale's agent reveals no Tottenham talks

Controversial agent Jonathan Barnett - the client of Gareth Bale - has told reporters on Spanish radio that Tottenham have yet to make the player a new contract offer since the end of the season.

Tottenham's failure to qualify for the Champions League has put huge question marks over the long term future of the Wales international.


When Barnett was asked on radio about whether or not Bale would be offered a new contract at White Hart Lane, he replied: “No, we haven’t spoken to anybody.”
