Liverpool to move for Nacer Chadli

After an impressive display last term with FC Twente, it was for sure that there would be many admirers across the European continent for 23-year-old winger Nacer Chadli this summer. West Brom are also amongst the teams keen on the player's signature.

Chadli has 34 appearances to his name contributing 12 goals in the process. The Belgian provided huge fascination through his performances last season, in comparison with the dull campaign for the former Dutch champions, who could only achieve an unfruitful sixth position in the Eredivisie.


According to media reports, the Ukrainian giants, Shakhtar Donetsk, had come in with an enticing offer for the winger earlier in the summer, that neither Twente nor Chadli could refuse at first sight.


But the Belgian’s agent has revealed that Chadli wishes to play in England rather than in Ukraine. This has put the rumours into hyper drive once more as the latest tale coming out is that Liverpool are looking to hijack Shakhtar’s deal for the Belgian starlet.
