Tottenham to complete Nacer Chadli transfer
Tottenham will complete a transfer for Belgian international winger Nacer Chadli. The 6 foot 2 FC Twente star will sign a five year contract at White Hart Lane and the transfer is believed to be worth approximately 7.25 million Euros plus an extra 1 million depending on appearances.
According to reports from Belgium and the Netherlands, a deal has been agreed with Spurs and Chadli.
Chadli has long been linked with a move to England; with Liverpool and Everton both expressing some interest in the 23-year-old in the past but never having made an official bid for the player.
Tottenham's Andre Villas-Boas met with club technical director Franco Baldini earlier on in the month to talk about Chadli; both were suitably impressed with the player and decided to push through a transfer as soon as possible.
Spurs are expected to announce the transfer of Chadli after he passes a medical on Monday afternoon.
